Is there any minimum order value for placing orders?

No, we believe that our customers should not be bound by any minimum order value. You can choose any product available on our website and place an order for it and we will deliver it to you without any shipping charges.

What are my Payment options?

We offer both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery options to our customers.

We offer FLAT 10% OFF on your First Purchase. You can use the coupon code FIRST10 and your shopping cart will offer you flat 10% discount on your purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally but shipping and handling rates as well as delivery time will vary depending on your location. If you are ordering from an international location, please contact us by email so that we can guide you throughout your ordering process.

What to do when payment has been deducted from my side but order not placed?

Sometimes, due to technical issues, such problems do arise. However, you need not worry as we would reconcile with bank and the debited amount would be credited to the original source of payment (bank, credit card, debit card, mobile wallet) within 3 – 5 business days.

What are the payment modes available?

We support the following payment options with no extra cost or service charges:

What is your returns policy?

We generally offer 7 days return period from date of delivery on all our products. However, in case of any deviation from the same is mentioned on product page, the return period as per product page will prevail in such cases. Kindly read the complete Returns policy here:

How do I return my Order?

You can raise a request to return any item ordered from our website with these simple steps:

  1. Click on Whatsapp Widget

  2. OR Go to Contact Us Page

  3. Leave your Order Number along with Your Contact Details

  4. Check to see the product that you wish to return are returnable and have a valid return-by date

  5. Mention the reason for return then Submit Request

We will pick up the returnable items within 7 days from the date of request. Please keep the return package ready in its original packaging.

Special Note –

Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product detail page or items whose return window has expired cannot be returned. If such an item is indeed returned along with another returnable item, we will disallow a refund or return of the “Non-Returnable” product to you when our returns team verifies the returned item(s).

I have placed a return request but no one has come for pick-up

Our logistics team makes three attempts to pick up the item for return. If the item is not picked up within the third attempt, it will be assumed that you want to keep the product. You can initiate a new return request if the item meets the return criteria.

I am unable to initiate a return request

ZXN Clothing offers a flexible return policy for items ordered with us. Under this policy, each item purchased will have a returnable window which is usually 7 days, post its delivery. The return window will be listed in the returns section of the order, once delivered. The items shall not be eligible for a return under the following circumstances:

  • If the item has been disfigured at the customer end.

  • If it is mentioned on the product detail page that the item is non-returnable.

  • If the return window for any or all items in an order has expired.

  • If the item does not have the original serial number / UPC number / barcode affixed, which was present at the time of delivery.

  • Any damage / defect which is not covered under the return policy.

  • If the item is damaged due to visible misuse.
